Working Together "There is the risk you cannot afford to take, and there is the risk you cannot afford not to take." - Peter Drucker

The Coaching Process

As a coach I work with both the inner and the outer worlds of the client.

The Inner World

What are you feeling, thinking, and believing about your life?

The Outer World

What are you actually doing (and not doing) at work, at home, in your relationships, with your money, and in your relationship with you?

The Outer World

What are you actually doing (and not doing) at work, at home, in your relationships, with your money, and in your relationship with you?

This is what we focus on together.

We speak honestly about what is working and what isn’t working in your life. We relentlessly look at what is possible if you let one way of being go, and create a new way of being based on your highest self and highest level of upliftment, commitment, and creativity.

Coaching is transparent and designed to take you to your edge of growth. Through a combination of powerful in-person exercises and homework, depthful conversations, high levels of intentionality, and loving confrontation of old ways of being, a previously unlived life begins to unfold.

What to Expect

First, start our conversation by submitting the contact form.

From there, my clients work with me for six months or 12 months at a time on life-changing projects. The projects we work on together are so important that they can’t wait one more day to create them.

That means that my style of coaching is not for everyone. It’s high-touch, high time commitment and high-investment. The intention of the six or 12 month coaching container is that the client receives double to triple the value that they put in. For all these reasons, if this work calls to you, we slow way down and walk a process together, before we ever discuss a paid package.

Step 1.

If you’re entirely new to me, we’ll meet for 45 minutes (totally complimentary) to get to know one another. Your coach will be one of the most intimate relationships in your life, so we’ll want to slow way down together when we first connect. We’ll want to see if what we have together has the potential to be that powerful. We’ll discuss what’s happening in your world that might cause now to be the time to seek out coaching support. In this meeting, we’ll also discuss what you want to create. This call won’t be any coaching, think of it as a conversation. We will assess together if we may be a match.

Step 2.

If we both see potential for doing more together, we move into a two-hour coaching conversation from there. This will be a powerful, life-changing conversation, where we dig deep and look at what you want, and what is standing in the way. We handle things that you’ve been waiting to handle, we’ll seek new perspectives, and you’ll experience powerful coaching on any area of your life you choose. You’ll leave with an assignment to get you going on what you want to create and, most often, a whole new perspective on what’s possible through coaching and where to go next. This is also a complimentary conversation.

Step 3.

If it seems like the appropriate move for both coach and client, a week or two later, we will speak again to see how your life has started to transform as a result of our first and second conversations. If this relationship feels rich and impactful and there’s more work to do, we talk about a fuller package from there.

Our relationship is based on honesty and transparency

And to be honest and transparent, this style of coaching is not for you if:

  • You do not like experimenting with new behaviors, taking risks, and getting uncomfortable.
  • You are unwilling to take personal responsibility for what’s happening in your life — if you want someone else to do the work it for you.
  • You are opposed to being held accountable to what you say you want.
  • You resist making your own choices regarding your life – if you want to be given the answers or be told what to do.
  • You are attached to struggling and straining as opposed to growing with grace.

I am not the coach for you if:

  • You want your business to look good, but not have an actually impact.
  • You want me to do the work for you.
  • You are looking for hourly support from a coach.
Coaching is both highly practical and deeply magical.

It’s bespoke for each person who participates so the results vary widely. In my practice I’ve seen unimagined career goals get met, health breakthroughs materialize, deep unshakeable confidence get born, loving partnership get found, promotions and raises be achieved that were once only envisioned, new agents and managers get signed, projects get sold, businesses get born, and more importantly than all that–clients experience more inner and outer fulfillment, joy, peace, and inspiration. Which is worth the investment in and of itself.
